This page should give you everything you need to set up and manage your email accounts. We will always keep this page updated with the most up to date information so you should bookmark it and use it as your first step if you have any issues with your mail accounts.
These two links will allow you to manage your mail. You can log in to both places using your full email address and your mailbox password.
Change your email password, add new mailboxes (if allowed), set up auto-responders and configure your spam filter.
Access your email on the web. This fully featured email client runs in any web browser allowing you to send and receive mail from any computer with an internet connection.
Your email account can be added to most popular email applications such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Windows Mail and Thunderbird. The actual setup depends on the software but the settings on this page are the standard defaults.
Both IMAP and POP3 is supported but we recommend using IMAP.
These settings assume that you are using the latest operating system and mail software version. Due to changes in the support of mail security methods we cannot guarantee that your mail account will be able to send or receive on older software.

There are lots of different mail applications and they all use slightly different terms, so the settings above might not quite fit. Here are a few things to try. Sometimes it's just a case of trial and error using a few different combinations of the following.
In our experience, the mail software that is the most problematic is Windows Mail and older versions of Apple Mail.

Finally, make sure your password is correct. If you don't know your password, contact us and we can reset it for you.
If all else fails, use webmail or download Thunderbird. It's free and it works!
In order to keep our sending reputation within acceptable levels and to reduce the risk of the mail server being blacklisted or blocked we currently limit the number of messages each email address can send to 50 per hour.
This is unlikely to be lifted in the near future, so if you have the need to bulk send messages to a large number of recipients you should use a mailing list service such as Mailchimp.
